No more Android Tablets?

If you own an Android tablet then you probably know how neglected it is, receiving very few software updates throughout the year, while many apps not being optimized to run correctly on the tablet. Well, we can now with all confidence, officially say goodbye to Android tablets. Google has recently updated the Android website and removed the tablet tab entirely. The website can now be used to learn about Android on various devices, but not tablets.

Google’s focus has long ago shifted towards Chromebooks, but it’s unclear if we’ll be seeing any Chrome OS tablets anytime soon.
